Training:
Initial training consists of:
Working in a simulated store environment.
Classroom sessions at Multiserv’s Training Centre in Johannesburg South, OR your own store.
Further in-store training, where necessary.
Our training centre has a fully equipped computer setup, where franchisees and operators are trained to use the customized Multiserv point-of-sale (POS) system.
Therefore, training is provided on an ongoing basis, using new material and practices to keep pace with customer requirements. Our well-trained Operations Support Team offers operational, marketing and technical support through regular store visits, reviews, audits, and training, and provides assistance with local marketing initiatives.
Eligibility:
Our franchisees will be working closely with his employees on a daily basis.
He/She need to have:

Problem Solving skills,
Hands on approach in the day-to-day activities,
Good control systems in place with stock,
Willing to learn and work hard.
