Salary: R605 742 per annum

Requirements

A minimum of three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 06) / National Diploma in Real Estate Management Services, Property Management, Town and Regional Planning. Relevant years of experience in property management and Property Management Information System (PMIS). A valid driver’s license and must be prepared to travel. Knowledge of Government Immovable Asset Management Act (GIAMA); Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE), Property Law, Treasury Regulation. Knowledge of the Property Management Information System (PMIS) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) will be an added advantage. High degree of computer literacy, good communication and interpersonal skills, Report writing skills, analytical skills, Accounts and Numerical Skills. Ability to work under stressful conditions.
