SECURITY OFFICER

Salary: R170 226 annum

NQF level 3. Private Security Industry Regulations Act (PSIRA) Certificate. No experience required. Knowledge of access control procedures. Knowledge of measures for the control and movement of equipment and stores. Knowledge of prescribed security procedures (e.g., MISS, NISA, Protection of Information Act, etc.) and the authority of security officers under these documents. Knowledge of the relevant emergency procedures and security processes. Departmental & Public Services prescripts. CCTV operation. Ability to work long hours voluntarily. Ability to gather and analyse information. Ability to lead multidisciplinary team. Ability to organise and plan under pressure. Good interpersonal relations skills. Conflict management and resolution. Responsibility and loyalty.
