Description
Successful candidates will be responsible for: Safely operating a Code 10 vehicle Delivering and collecting goods according to scheduled routes Loading and offloading cargo where required Conducting daily vehicle inspections Reporting vehicle defects immediately Maintaining delivery notes, logbooks and proof of delivery documents Ensuring vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness Complying with the National Road Traffic Act Following company safety procedures Reporting accidents, delays or breakdowns Providing professional customer service during deliveries and collections
Requirements
Applicants should have: Valid Code 10 (C1) driver's licence Valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP/PDP) Between 2 and 5 years' driving experience Good knowledge of local routes Good understanding of traffic regulations Grade 12 (Matric) is preferred
